• Provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to maximize patient access to products
• Build relationships with pharmacies and HCPs to resolve prescription coverage issues
• Conduct training and education on payer‑specific coverage policies and patient financial assistance programs
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to identify and address patient access challenges
• Uphold the integrity of the pharmacy distribution network through vetting and monitoring processes

• BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and pharmacy benefit managers
• Excellent knowledge of patient support programs and the prescription adjudication process
• Ability to travel overnight up to 60%
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical thinking skills

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred AND 4+ years of related experience

• Previous experience in functions such as sales, management, or marketing within pharma/biotech
• Familiarity with current issues in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare system
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
