• Participate in research participant screening, recruitment, and enrollment; consent and conduct visits for low‑risk or minimal‑risk trials.
• Collect, process, and ship research specimens where applicable.
• Document study information in case report forms or electronic data capture systems and handle data queries.
• Prepare source documents and maintain organization of all trial‑related documents.
• Communicate with study sponsors, research team and Institutional Review Board; assist with regulatory documents, study amendments, adverse event reporting, and protocol deviations.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge about clinical trials and protect patient confidentiality.

• Education/Training:
  Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field with 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience or Master’s degree in a medical field with no research experience.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.
• National certifications such as CRA or ACRP and BLS certification.
• Excellent database and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality; knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice.
