Responsibilities will include:
- Patient examinations, evaluation, diagnosis, and establishment of treatment plans
- Examination of patient skin abnormalities or malignancies
- Request and perform biopsies, sample tissue collections, or other tests as needed
- Analyze patient test results
· Counsel and educate patients on diet, hygiene and disease prevention - Prescribe medications, biologics, hormonal agents, or topical treatments and monitor patient intake
- Consult with surgeons on patient procedures
- Educate patients on preventive skin care
- Refer patients to other specialists if needed
- Attend conferences and seminars to learn about new medical techniques and topics
