ABA is growing — andwe’re looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) who can build, structure, and scale a new team to support billingoperations across multiple platforms, including Central Reach, Rethink, andothers
.

This isn’t just a management role— it’s a chance to design the foundation

, and lead strategy as we expand our RCMservices.

• Build and structure a new RCMteam (onshore + offshore).
• Recruit, hire, train, andmentor billing specialists.
• Lead billing operations across multiple ABA platforms (Central Reach, Rethink, Aloha, etc.).
• Ensure accurate/timely claimssubmission and compliance.
• Analyze KPIs (A/R days,denial rates, net collections) and drive process improvements.
• Partner with leadership toexpand RCM services into new platforms.
• Document workflows, create
  
  SOPs, and develop training materials.

• 10+ years in healthcarerevenue cycle management.
• 5+ years in leadership with direct hiring & team-building responsibility.
• Strong knowledge ofABA/healthcare billing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Central Reach, Rethink, andother billing platforms
  .
• Analytical, process-driven,and client-focused.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
