• Perform various services to clients as stated in the Cooper Spa menu according to treatment protocols and enhance the customers' experience.
• Educate clients on additional treatments available.
• Promote and sell retail products.
• Re‑stock linen shelves in treatment spaces.
• Sanitize rooms and replace linens after each treatment.
• Communicate the day‑to‑day operation to the lead massage therapist.

• Current Texas license.
• Three to five years of professional experience or combined education and experience.
• Experience in all types of massage and wet treatments.
• Great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform all required services of therapist as stated in the Cooper Spa menu.
• Prolonged periods of standing and ability to climb stairs to access various treatment rooms.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. as needed.
