UT Southwestern Medical Canter’s Molecular Imaging in Psychiatry Program seeks a senior-level Lead CRC to execute PET and MRI clinical research studies and keep trials audit‑ready. You will lead participant‑facing operations while maintaining regulatory and documentation discipline aligned with GCP, HIPAA, and radiation safety.
Core responsibilities- Recruit/screen/consent/schedule participants per IRB‑approved protocols.
- Coordinate complex PET/MR visits and blood sampling with chemistry, imaging, and clinical teams.
- Provide participant support (including individuals with cognitive impairment or psychosis) to ensure safety/comfort.
- Maintain regulatory documentation for IRB, FDA (IND), and institutional audits; support submissions, renewals, and amendments.
- Ensure accurate data entry, de‑identification, and QC for imaging and clinical data; collaborate with imaging physicists for PET/MR QA.
- Track biospecimens (serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid), facilitate data sharing, and monitor inventory.
- Prepare datasets/documentation for NIMH Data Archive submissions; contribute to SOP development; help onboard/train future coordinators.
Required:
Bachelor’s in a medical/science field + 4 years clinical research experience (or equivalent).
Preferred: PET/MRI research; investigational radiotracers/pharmacokinetic modeling; IRB + IND familiarity; arterial/venous sampling exposure; REDCap; ACRP/SOCRA certification; BLS/CPR as protocol requires.
