Education

High school or GED preferred.

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA, or other certifications preferred
• Alzheimer’s or Dementia experience is a plus
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness a must
• Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations
• Reliable, dependable, and on time
• Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Pass a background check and drug screening; provide references

COVID-19 Protocols and Essential Worker Support

• 24/7 Covid Rapid Response Team
• PPE supplies provided if needed - masks (required), face shields, gowns, and gloves
• Safety precautions training
• Assistance with gathering resources / county testing

Licensure

Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to a specific place of assignment.

Experience

Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of education and/or experience to be able to accomplish the assigned tasks.

• Escort to appointments
• Medication reminders

Skills

Able to read and write English and must effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Transportation

Reliable transportation, valid and current auto liability insurance.

Criminal History

Must consent to and pass a criminal history background check.
