Job Summary and Qualifications

* Responsible for processing, preparation and delivery of human milk and infant/pediatric formula orders.

* Responsible for adhering to all food and safety standards and regulations by regulatory agencies and the hospital.

* Responsible for safe operations of equipment, inventory management and safe sanitation practices in the milk lab preparation room.

* Follow principles of aseptic technique.

* Performs quality improvement activities.

Manages temperature records

What qualifications you will need:

* High School diploma or equivalent required.

* One - year hospital experience preferred.

* · Formula Technician Certification obtained within first 30 days.

* Food Safety Manager Certification obtained within first 30 days
