Director, Regional Medical Lead, Solid Tumors

Role:
Regional Medical Lead (RML) responsible for aligning global and regional medical strategies, fostering cross-market collaboration, and driving evidence generation in solid tumor therapeutics.

• Translating global medical plans into regional actions
• Leading market insights integration
• Coordinating evidence development efforts
• Facilitating scientific collaborations across markets and with WW Medical
• Acting as a liaison between global medical teams, market leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders such as Medical Communications, Commercial, and HEOR, ensuring cohesive medical strategy execution and optimized lifecycle management

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD)
• 10+ years in biopharma
• Broad knowledge of oncology and drug development
• Strong program management skills
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams

• Deep understanding of RWE
• Experience in global/regional medical leadership
• Cross-cultural communication capabilities

Focus on solid tumors, global/regional leadership, evidence generation, cross-market scientific collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Role involves 20-30% travel and is designed for a remote or geographically flexible environment.
