OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendants (Caregiver) to provide essential in-home care services to elderly and disabled clients. This role focuses on supporting daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring client safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities Personal Care Services- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Provide oral care, skin care, and hair care
- Support toileting needs
- Assist with walking, transfers, and positioning
- Help clients move safely throughout the home
- Prepare light meals
- Assist with feeding and hydration
- Support clients with self-administered medications
- Light housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming)
- Laundry and linen changes
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with scheduling transportation
- Escort clients to appointments or accompany them as needed
- Complete and submit required reports accurately and on time
- Must be 18 years or older
- No certification required (training provided if applicable)
- Compassion for seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients physically
- Meaningful work helping others maintain independence
