Pharmacy Technician Federal Healthcare Tallahassee FL

Bracane Company is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician for an anticipated full time federal healthcare assignment in Tallahassee, Florida.

The Pharmacy Technician will support pharmacy operations in an onsite institutional healthcare environment. The position requires an experienced pharmacy professional who can accurately support medication preparation, distribution, inventory control, documentation, and other pharmacy functions while following established clinical and security procedures.

• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule

This position is onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, generally 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, for up to 40 hours per week.

• Support pharmacists with routine pharmacy operations and medication distribution activities.
• Assist with the preparation, packaging, labeling, and organization of medications as authorized.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and medication documentation.
• Support prescription processing and medication inventory functions.
• Receive, organize, and maintain pharmaceutical supplies and inventory.
• Monitor medication stock and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
• Follow medication safety, infection control, and applicable healthcare procedures.
• Protect confidential patient and healthcare information.
• Follow applicable clinical, safety, security, and facility procedures.
• Perform other pharmacy support functions within the permitted scope of practice.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Current Florida Pharmacy Technician certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain accurate pharmacy and patient records.
• Ability to successfully complete required background, security, and facility access screening.
• Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

$23.00 to $34.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
