** Dallas, TX
** market.  
** Responsibilities
* ** Develop and support territory sales goals by selling Abbott Pediatric Nutrition products.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines and effectively deliver information in a selling environment.
* Support new product launches and promotional initiatives.
* Build and strengthen relationships with Dietitians, Physicians, Nurses, Hospital Leaders, and Office Staff.
* Demonstrate effective administrative and organizational skills to manage a large territory.
* Manage territory budgets and resources responsibly.
* Function independently with a high degree of initiative, autonomy, and accountability.
* Demonstrate a strong desire for success while achieving both short-term and long-term business objectives.  
** Education and Experience
*** Bachelor's degree required.
* Preferred candidates will have experience selling within a medical setting and calling on healthcare professionals.
* Strong preference for candidates with hospital, pediatric, OB/GYN, neonatal, maternal-child health, or healthcare sales experience.
* Experience working with or selling to Pediatricians, Neonatologists, Dietitians, Nurses, OB/GYN offices, birthing hospitals, NICUs, and integrated health systems is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence clinical and business decision makers.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds to assist with stocking and movement of pediatric nutrition products.
