** Monday
- Friday - 7am to 5:30pm Saturday - 9am to 2pm Sunday and All Major Holidays - CLOSED
- Mon-Fri shifts are 8.5 hours inclusive of a 30-minute lunch. Shifts will rotate during open, weekday hours.

- Dallas is looking for a bright, outgoing individual looking to enter or further their career in the retail pharmacy space. The drug clerk position is a great way to get your feet wet inside of our robust retail pharmacy. At MCP, we provide outpatient prescriptions to our patients inside of the hospital, medications to our employees, walk in patients, and much more.

Our space is unique and differs from a traditional box store pharmacy by being strategically placed inside of the hospital to reach our patients faster with more affordable solutions. On the job training will be provided for this role.

Job Requirements , qualifications, and expectations:

- Pharmacy technician license is NOT required (a plus if you have a tech in training license) - Retail knowledge preferred, but not required
- Cash handling
- Outgoing

- Ability to learn new skills and pharmacy terminology
- Computer learning skills
- Organizational skills Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. We are open Saturday from 10am to 2pm (working shift is 9am to 2pm) We are currently closed on Sundays and all major holidays. The Methodist Community Pharmacy is located in the main lobby of Methodist Dallas Medical Center. Onboarding and training will need to be complete for Cencora and for Methodist Health System.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in pharmacy support, dispensing support, medication handling, healthcare operations, prescription processing, customer service, or a related field required.

Certification in registration, authorization, or a role-relevant credential for pharmacy activities, or equivalent preferred.
