** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
**** Education
* ** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
** Experience
* ** Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
* Customer service experience strongly preferred.
** Skills and Knowledge
*** Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and guest-flow management abilities.
* Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
* Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS platforms preferred.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
** Job Duties and Responsibilities
*** Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
* Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to maximize service flow.
* Escort guests to tables and communicate server sections effectively.
* Answer phones, take messages, and provide basic restaurant information.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
* Assist with menus, to-go orders, and guest requests as needed.
* Monitor dining room activity and communicate with servers and management.
* Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
