The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the hotels food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B operations as assigned.
This position provides hands-on leadership to ensure excellent guest service, consistent food and beverage quality, proper sanitation and safety practices, accurate cash handling, and compliance with hotel and brand standards. The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the Food & Beverage leadership team in achieving departmental goals while creating a positive and professional environment for employees and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Food & Beverage Operations- - Supervise the daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets.
- - Ensure all outlets are properly staffed, stocked, clean, and prepared for service.
- - Monitor service throughout the shift and ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- - Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to hotel standards.
