Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

Dallas, TX

Our upscale, full-service hotel is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to help lead multiple outlets and room service operations. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who develops strong teams, maintains exceptional service standards, and partners with culinary and operational leaders to deliver memorable guest experiences and strong financial results.

Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Requirements/Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience in an upscale hotel with 500+ rooms.
  • Experience with multiple outlets in a hotel/resort.
  • Experience with restaurants, private events, and banquets.
  • Strong knowledge of wine and proficiency with MICROS and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience reviewing outlet P&Ls, managing inventories, and maintaining financial controls.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop outlet leaders and service teams.
  • Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience building cross‑training programs that support management development.
