HR Additions is excited to partner with a well-established and highly respected company in the Dallas area to find a skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator.

About the Role:

As the Payroll Administrator, you'll take ownership of the company’s full-cycle payroll operations, driving accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring team members are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processing, reporting, and analytics
• Ensure accurate multi-state payroll compliance, including payroll tax filings and payments
• Reconcile payroll entries to general ledger accounts with a high level of precision
• Review and refine payroll procedures to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency
• Supervise payroll staff to ensure timely, accurate, and equitable payroll administration
• Oversee relationships with payroll vendors and support internal and external audits
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes to maintain full payroll compliance
• Prepare custom payroll reports to support accounting and finance teams

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, including 2+ years managing multi-state payroll
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
