We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter with a proven track record of success in the landscape industry or as a recruiter specializing in this field. As a key team member, you’ll proactively identify and engage with high‑caliber candidates, foster strong relationships with clients, and play a critical role in partnering industry leaders to build exceptional teams. Roles and Responsibilities- Client Management:
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and position requirements; conduct job intake calls, serve as trusted advisor, maintain regular communication, ensure client satisfaction. - Candidate Management:
Develop and execute custom sourcing strategies, screen, interview, evaluate candidates, create and update standardized resumes, coach candidates, build and maintain talent pipeline. - Recruiting Team
Collaboration:
Partner with team members to share insights, leverage CRM tools, participate in team meetings, support initiatives, foster collaborative environment.

- Experience
: 3‑5 years in the landscape industry or 2‑4 years as a recruiter. - Skills

Proficient with CRM tools (Crelate preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Growth Mindset
