We are looking for an experienced HR professional ready to tackle their next challenge in a rapidly expanding and evolving organization. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, passionate about cultivating strong cross‑departmental relationships, and adept at communicating Company policies, state and Federal Labor Laws, and daily operational needs.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Operations, this person will support administration for all 25 (soon to be 40+) locations in TX, navigate high‑volume employee relations, support local leadership, and streamline HR processes across the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with local leadership to navigate high‑volume, complex employee relations investigations, including theft, harassment, and policy violations.
  • Negotiate and approve LOA requests in accordance with Company policy and local and federal requirements.
  • Manage Workers Compensation Claims, including claim submissions, investigations, ADA conversations, and claim closure; support OSHA 300 filings and maintain logs.
  • Understand and effectively communicate Company policies and procedures.
  • Own projects, drive them to completion while multitasking; demonstrate efficient daily task and long‑term project completion.
  • Support benefits administration (Open Enrollment, ACA, marketing benefits) with brokers.
  • Revise handbook and policies in response to new laws and counsel support, and roll out updates.
  • Assist recruiting efforts, training programs, and system implementations.
  • Stay current on evolving laws in the states we operate in (AZ, CA, UT, NV, FL, TX).
Qualifications
  • 5 years of HR experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in People Operations/Human Resources in an HRBP or similar capacity.
  • In‑depth knowledge of TX and federal labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and vendors; calm, professional, empathetic.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills at all levels and functions.
  • Previous experience delivering HR results in a multi‑unit, consumer‑facing environment.
  • Strong detail orientation; systematic, thorough problem‑solving approach; good time management, organization, and record‑keeping.

Role Requirements
  • Willingness and ability to travel to local locations as needed.
  • Use of personal vehicle for local travel with reimbursable mileage.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
  • Ability to complete computer/desk work up to 8 hours a day.
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds regularly.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must be legally able to work in the United States.
Salary Pay Range

$100,000—$115,000 plus annual performance‑based bonus opportunity.
