We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client based in Dallas. This is a Hybrid role with some office time (4 days per week). You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimizing processes, and delivering quality hires fast with a main focus across technology business units. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for the client.

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
• Manage data as we hire, looking for more than just activity – helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven experience hiring across technical verticals
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
• Hands‑on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes‑focused
• Build real Trust with our client

This is a fixed‑term contract with the chance to extend.
