The Impact You Will Have In This Role

As members of the Talent Acquisition department, you will be stewards of DTCC's greatest asset – our people. You will play a key role in the continued growth and success of DTCC by finding exceptional talent, partnering closely with Talent Advisors to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates, and facilitating the intersection of talent meeting opportunity by connecting candidates and hiring managers.

Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs of the business, research talent market conditions and effectively develop sourcing strategies to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders by using talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence them on how to identify and acquire the best talent.
  • Leverage knowledge of current market conditions, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers, and digital tools to enhance sourcing efforts, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channels, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles and proactively recruit and source future talent needs; develop talent pools or social engagements.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by embracing innovative sourcing strategies that attract top diverse talent.
  • Constantly generate a pipeline while aligning closely with Recruiters and business stakeholders.
  • Integrate risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed For Success
  • 5+ years of sourcing experience within an agency and corporate setting.
  • Experience sourcing for Product, Marketing, Client Services and Operations roles.
  • Excellent sourcing strategy and research skills to produce target prospects.
  • Strong proficiency in Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
