Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join the firm as part of our Human Resources team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as front-line liaison and relationship manager for external industry learning partners and opportunities
  • Create, lead and manage all internally created leadership development programs and learning experiences
  • In collaboration with the Global L&D Director, design, develop, evaluate, pilot, and deliver new learning and development programs.
  • Actively manage and partner with talent and skills assessment partners that will enable continued talent development and future talent focused skill gaps and opportunities
  • Partner with the assigned sectors and studio subject matter experts to develop and deliver content in a hybrid environment.
  • Create courses using course authoring software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Facilitate in-person and online classes.
  • Develop and maintain L&D metrics and analytics.
  • Manage the course survey process resulting in observations and suggestions for improvement regarding training effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR Director on internal and external employee/workplace culture survey projects.

Qualifications:

  • This role is an in-office position.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent workplace experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of corporate L&D experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of project and program management experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, is based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
  • In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends.
  • In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks.
  • In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources.
  • In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency.

Preferred Experience s:

  • Clifton Strengths experience or working within a Strengths-Based organization is a plus.
  • Predictive Index experience or working within an organization that actively leveraged PI
