Our Talent Onboarding Department is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed, self-motivated, and people-focused professional to join us as a Talent Onboarding Specialist.

What

You’ll Do
  • Own and streamline the new hire onboarding process.
  • Coordinate pre‑employment screenings and documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely access to systems, equipment, and training.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with new hires.
  • Keep onboarding tasks on track with proactive follow‑up and clear communication.
  • Maintain audit‑ready employee files with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Support talent acquisition by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage and update data in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) with precision.
  • Recommend process improvements to keep us moving faster and smarter.
  • Embrace a culture of compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems is a plus (training provided).

Education And Work Experience Requirements
  • Six (6) months prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Prior recruiting, onboarding or HR experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.
  • Light to moderate physical activity and lifting required.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
