Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Join the Axxess team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, leading talent acquisition strategy and operations to support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care delivery.
Role OverviewAs a strategic partner, you will design and execute talent acquisition initiatives, build and manage high‑performance pipelines, and champion a superior candidate experience aligned with Axxess’ business objectives and culture.
What You Will Do- Advise on talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet organizational hiring demands.
- Leverage relationships and talent pools to develop diverse, high‑performing candidate pipelines.
- Lead brand and candidate experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with company culture.
- Promote recruitment efforts through social media and other channels.
- Drive strategic hiring improvements by applying operational best practices.
- Innovate and evolve recruiting systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Track, measure, and report on efficiency and productivity using data analytics.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other talent sources.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7‑10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- Experience leading global, high‑volume recruiting teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects while maintaining daily recruiting operations.
- Track record of delivering diversified pipelines within the technology industry.
- Experience with organizational change, project, and program development.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, HR technologies, and best practices.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to present insights to executives.
- Must be able to work in the Dallas, TX office (not a remote role).
- Authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the U.S.
- Competitive compensation with salary determined by experience (DOE).
