Craft Recruiting Lead

Key Responsibilities

Drive national recruiting strategy for craft labor (union & non-union electricians).
Mentor craft recruiters and align efforts with project manpower forecasts.
Build pipelines via job fairs, schools, social media, and community outreach.
Attend job fairs and lead high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Partner with the union and project leadership on workforce strategy.
Manage branding, outreach events, and referral programs.
Ensure compliance, track metrics, and report hiring progress.

Requirements

5+ years electrical craft recruiting experience; 1+ year leadership.
Proven experience staffing large-scale projects (up to 9,000 labor hours
).
Strong knowledge of electrical craft labor market & project cycles.
Expert sourcing skills; ATS/CRM proficiency.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
