Hybrid Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Hybrid Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about connecting talent with opportunities across a variety of roles throughout the United States. As a Hybrid Recruiter, you will leverage both remote and in-person recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage candidates for diverse positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various roles.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, networking events, and job fairs to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for both the role and the company culture.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to track applicants and maintain accurate records of the hiring process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful placements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling various positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site recruiting efforts.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail.
