Hybrid Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Hybrid Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about connecting talent with opportunities across a variety of roles throughout the United States. As a Hybrid Recruiter, you will leverage both remote and in-person recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage candidates for diverse positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various roles.
- Source candidates through online platforms, networking events, and job fairs to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for both the role and the company culture.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to track applicants and maintain accurate records of the hiring process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful placements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling various positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site recruiting efforts.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail.

Compensation:
$100,000 per year
