Our Talent Onboarding Department is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed, self-motivated, and people-focused professional to join us as a Talent Onboarding Specialist.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own and streamline the new hire onboarding process.
- Coordinate pre‑employment screenings and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely access to systems, equipment, and training.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with new hires.
- Keep onboarding tasks on track with proactive follow‑up and clear communication.
- Maintain audit‑ready employee files with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support talent acquisition by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and update data in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) with precision.
- Recommend process improvements to keep us moving faster and smarter.
- Embrace a culture of compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems is a plus (training provided).
- Be part of a collaborative, high‑energy team that values your ideas.
- Gain hands‑on experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.

- Six (6) months prior administrative experience preferred.
- Prior recruiting, onboarding or HR experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
- Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.
- Light to moderate physical activity and lifting required.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
- Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
