Recruiter
Onsite in Dallas, TX. Base salary $50,000 – $60,000 per year + monthly bonus potential.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, from hourly field roles to salaried office and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate next steps in the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in our ATS.
- Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment laws and company standards.
- Support hiring initiatives, job ad creation, and employer branding efforts as needed.
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience (home services industry experience is a major plus).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings at once.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in ATS platforms and online recruiting tools.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
