Position Summary:We are looking to hire a talented, eager, and skilled HR & Recruiting Administrator to join our team in our North Dallas office. You will support our global team in various HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee support, various projects, and any other duties that may be assigned.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:- Provide support for recruiting efforts by posting jobs in ATS, performing initial phone screens, creating offer letters, and running background and reference checks
- Manage headcount tracking and develop talent pipelines
- Maintain recruitment data in the applicant tracking system for accurate reporting
- Decrease company spend via proactive sourcing, networking, and other strategic recruiting channels
- Generate internal documents such as job transition letters, salary/title changes, termination letters, etc.
- Track and review payroll-related items, including changes to compensation, benefit changes, other deductions, bonuses, and commissions, etc.
- Ensure receipt and storage of proper approvals and backup documentation
- Maintain physical and digital files for employee documents, benefits, etc.
- Manage onboarding process and meetings, educate new hires on company values, policies, and procedures
- Process checklists for new hires, salary and status changes, and terminations
- Perform and track remote I-9 and E-Verify process, Trust
ID (UK & Ireland), and visa renewals - First point of contact for employee questions related to recruiting, onboarding, and benefits
- Create specialized reports utilizing ADP Workforce Now
- Conduct appropriate audits of recruitment, benefits, and other HR programs
- Reconcile and process monthly invoices
- Suggest process improvements and opportunities for automation
- Special projects and assisting with other HR duties as assigned
- Complete all required initial and ongoing training within a reasonable or provided timeframe
- 2+ years' relevant experience in talent acquisition
- 2+ years' relevant experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years HRIS | HCM experience (experience in ADP Workforce Now a plus)
- 2+ years with Multi-State
HR experience - Global HR experience preferred
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – preferably
- Organized, detail-oriented, sensitive to deadlines, flexible with changing priorities
- Professional demeanor, friendly and approachable
- Collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer and MS Office Suite skills, particularly in Word and Excel
