• 5+ years in technology recruiting, ideally within AI
• You're the same kind of person that you'll be looking for: you're deeply passionate about your work and possess an unusually strong work ethic.
• You have an effective approach to sourcing past simple boolean searches on Linked In. (What's one thing you do differently from other recruiters?)
• You're execution-focused and obsessed with making the details great.
• You're a great written and verbal communicator.
