Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $85000 - $100000 / year (depending on experience)
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Job Description:
We’re currently networking with strategic and hands‑on HR Managers interested in contract and contract‑to‑hire positions in the DFW area. These roles involve leading HR initiatives, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring compliance while driving a positive employee experience. If you’re a strong communicator with a proactive mindset, we’d love to connect.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven ability to lead HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
- Experience in fast‑paced or mid‑sized environments a plus
