Position: Recruiter (Dallas)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Dallas, USA, specializing in recruiting top-tier Sales Executives, Digital Marketing, and IT professionals. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber candidates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting sales and marketing focused roles and a deep understanding of the Sales Executive and Digital Marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates for Sales Executive and Digital Marketing positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Present detailed candidate profiles to the stakeholders, highlighting relevant experience and achievements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business needs and requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market insights within the Sales and Marketing sectors. Use this knowledge to advise clients and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and feedback collection. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide assistance in closing candidates and managing counteroffers.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal requirements and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting Sales Executives and Digital Marketing professionals, preferably in the USA market.
  • Experience in recruiting IT Professional Services Sales Executives (Preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
