Role
  • Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, and networking.
  • Cold call and interview prospective candidates.
  • Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidate's skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change.
  • Identify key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone and Zoom conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments.
  • Share, track, and monitor search and marketing email campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience required.
  • Desire to relentlessly prospect for new business – you love the hunt.
  • A positive attitude, people skills, and a passion for engaging people in conversation.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior, mid, and junior level executives.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Military background welcome.
