LHH is partnering with an investment firm as they source for an HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of HR experience, some experience in financial services is a plus! We’re seeking someone who will fully own the role while partnering with leadership to influence and drive strategy. Please note this position is 100% on‑site in DT Dallas.

• Support a broad range of Human Resources operations, including benefits administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Administer and support health and benefit programs, including ongoing plan management and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinate payroll administration across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain and manage the HRIS system, including employee records, reporting, and new hire setup.
• Serve as a key HR point of contact, supporting employee inquiries and promoting a positive, values‑driven workplace culture.

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of benefits plan design & payroll administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
