Overview
Talent Specialist I or II in the Renewables market sector (solar, wind, battery storage). You will work closely with company leaders to anticipate and address evolving workforce needs and recruit top talent for current and upcoming opportunities.
Our team holds high expectations and operates within a growing, complex organization. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-cycle recruitment role; agility in recruiting approach is essential. Positions span the U.S. Familiarity with traveling or construction roles is helpful but not required.
Location & Travel: Onsite position located in Dallas, TX or Fargo, ND. Addresses: 4850 32nd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58104; 2611 Regent Blvd, Dallas, TX 75063. Expected travel is 10% for recruitment-related events and team meetings.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and prospective talent to act as a true Talent Acquisition Business Partner; guide and coach managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are understood and applicants are assessed against criteria; maximize recruiting effectiveness
- Evaluate hiring/interview processes and techniques, identify system improvements and training opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, including long-term talent pipeline, and fill open positions in a timely manner
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for identified roles across the organization for exempt and non-exempt positions
- Ensure hiring plans provide equal opportunities to all candidates (internal and external)
- Manage candidates through the interview and hiring process, from assessing qualifications to negotiating offers and onboarding
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Develop recruitment strategies using internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, campaigns, internal transfers, and other channels to attract a diverse candidate pool
- Participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects
- Assist in meeting affirmative action, equal opportunity, and diversity recruitment goals
- Regular and predictable attendance

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Talent Specialist I
- Compensation: $60K - $75K
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience; construction industry experience preferred
Talent Specialist II
- Compensation: $67K - $90K
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience required, with 3+ years within construction preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Commit to health and safety and follow Zero Injury principles
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with iCIMS, UKG and/or Service Now is a plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Intermediate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; metrics-driven
- Experience recruiting talent in competitive markets
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and internal HR team
