Tony Beshara Salary Range: $70,000 Base + Performance Incentives Babich & Associates is seeking experienced recruiters to join one of the firm’s highest-performing and fastest-growing offices. Opportunities are available for professionals with recruiting experience in Banking & Lending, Technical Construction, Sales, or Administrative Staffing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with strong leadership, established client relationships, and consistent recruiting activity across multiple industries.
Recruiters will manage the full recruitment cycle while partnering with active clients and candidates within their designated specialty.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through placement
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Develop expertise within a designated industry specialty
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while meeting recruiting goals
Provide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates
Build and grow a productive recruiting desk within an established market
Base Salary: $70,000
First-Year Earnings: $90,000 – $100,000+ including performance incentives

Requirements
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or agency recruiting
• Experience recruiting within Banking & Lending, Technical Construction, Sales, or Administrative Staffing
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a full recruiting cycle independently
• Excellent communication and consultative recruiting abilities
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to client and candidate success
