HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator (contract)

• Support the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding through termination
• Initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks using Certiphi and iCIMS
• Communicate background check status and clearance updates to candidates and hiring managers
• Process new hires and employee data changes in Workday
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
• Respond to and resolve HR Service Center inquiries, escalating when appropriate
• Support I-9 and employment eligibility verification requirements
• Assist employees and leaders with HR questions, processes, and policies
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, records, and operational metrics
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to support workforce needs
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting SLA and compliance requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of Human Resources administrative experience required
• Associate's Degree in Human Sciences or equivalent highly preferred
• Experience with Workday
• Experience with Certiphi and iCIMS preferred
• Knowledge of I-9 and employment eligibility verification
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced HR Service Center environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
