How you create impact

Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, including creating requisitions, posting roles, and optimizing job board strategy to drive applicant flow Identify and implement effective sourcing channels and local advertising tactics to attract qualified talent

Partner with hiring managers to support candidate selection and ensure timely, efficient onboarding processes

Lead the planning and execution of virtual and on-site hiring events, including logistics, promotion, and candidate engagement

Serve as the primary candidate contact while enhancing employer branding, managing recruitment tools (Success Factors), and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

What we would like you to bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiting specialist
• 2 years experience in high volume recruitment
• 2 years experience with sourcing candidates using tools like Linked In, Indeed, Zip Recruiter
• 2 years experience with ATS ( ie. Successfactors, Workday)
• 1 year experience working with a CRM ( ie. Fountain, Avature)“This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
