Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Generalist to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys supporting employees across the full lifecycle. In this role, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations, from onboarding and employment changes to compliance, benefits support, and offboarding. If you’re looking for a hands‑on position where you can make a real impact on employee experience and help improve HR processes, this could be a strong next step.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire paperwork processes.
- Manage employment changes and related employee communications.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration support.
- Coordinate HR compliance activities, including I-9 and E-Verify.
- Maintain HRIS records, files, and department data.
- Support offboarding documentation and internal transitions.
- Help plan training, engagement, and employee recognition events.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and HR process improvements.
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of human resources experience.
- Multi-state HR experience.
- Experience supporting a large hourly employee population.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Skills & Experience:
- HR experience in hospitality, food service, hotel, or country club environments.
- Experience with HR compliance and audit support.
- Background supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with leave of absence and accommodation processes.
- Experience improving HR processes and documentation.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Pet insurance and business travel coverage.
- Group term life insurance and long‑term disability support.
- Flexible spending accounts and employee assistance resources.
- 401(k) participation, currently on hold and expected to return in July.
- This is an onsite position in an office environment.
