Entry-Level Recruiter

I am looking for an ambitious individual to join our firm. Strong applicants will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a history of personal success, and demonstrated an interest in business, finance, sales, or entrepreneurship. Your role as a recruiter would be to source and attract top talent in the financial services industry. No prior experience needed.

You will be recruiting individuals to a role where they will provide guidance and solutions for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement distribution planning, insurance services, estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. They will strive to understand their clients' goals in order to develop comprehensive financial solutions that will help their clients reach financial success.

First year compensation is expected to be $75k+ with no cap. This is a performance based role with a base salary and additional compensation based off recruiting metrics.
