IT Recruiter​/Sourcer

Connect Search is hiring an IT Recruiter / Sourcer for a contract role based in Dallas, TX (hybrid).

• Source and recruit candidates for a range of IT and technology positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, technical requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Use Linked In Recruiter
  , job boards
  , and applicant tracking systems to find qualified technical talent.
• Create and run targeted sourcing plans to build pipelines of qualified IT professionals
  .
• Perform candidate outreach, screening calls, and initial qualification interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  , including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and placement.
• Keep candidate information and recruiting activity current, including pipeline updates in the applicant tracking system
  .
• Identify and engage passive candidates in a competitive technology talent market.
• Deliver regular status updates to hiring managers covering pipeline progress, market trends, and recruiting activity.

• Experience recruiting and/or sourcing for IT and technology roles
  .
• Working knowledge of recruiting tools including Linked In Recruiter
  , job boards
  , and applicant tracking systems
  .
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Skill in candidate outreach and screening, including qualification interviews.
• Comfort managing candidate records, recruitment activity, and pipeline updates in an ATS.
