Serenity Healthcare in Las Colinas, TX is seeking a Physician Recruiter to lead the full recruitment process for clinical talent, from sourcing and screening to closing. You’ll build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through offer and onboarding.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year physician recruiting experience, strong ATS skills, and the ability to communicate with C-suite leaders while delivering an outstanding candidate
