This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. We are seeking a forward-thinking executive who can develop and execute a people strategy that supports organizational growth, strengthens culture, and enhances the employee experience at every level. Reporting directly to executive leadership and leading a team of eight+ HR professionals
, you will serve as a trusted business partner to both corporate and field operations while helping shape the future of our organization.

This role requires 100% in-office attendance at our Dallas corporate office (I-75 and Walnut Hill Ln).

In this role, you will build an HR organization that employees and leaders view as a true business partner, known for being responsive, knowledgeable, innovative, and easy to work with. You will develop a high-performing HR team, streamline and automate processes, enhance the employee and manager experience, and create scalable people practices that support Valiant's continued growth.
