Job Title
Solution Architect – Service Now Developer
LocationDallas, TX (Hybrid)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer/Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions tailored to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and drive process improvements within IT service management, automation, and other enterprise‑level processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of Service Now modules and functionalities (CMBD, GRC, Domain Separation, Integrations, Flows, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Integrate Service Now with third‑party applications and systems.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Service Now development and solution architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now applications.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security in Service Now solutions.
- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer and/or Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, modules, and configuration.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Service Now certification (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or similar) preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
