Job Title: Hardware Technician – VLSI Board Design
Experience: 3–5 Years
Requirements:
- 4+ years of technical education
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electronics or equivalent
- 5 years of experience as a hardware technician in lab or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of electronics (digital and analog theory)
- Experience in failure analysis and component-level troubleshooting
- Ability to configure/setup computers and test equipment
- Skilled in soldering rework, including fine pitch SMT
- Experience using power and hand tools
- Familiarity with schematics, BOMs, ECOs (using CAD/document control tools)
- Proficient with Linux and Windows OS
- Basic scripting (Shell, Python)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Mandatory Skill: VLSI Board Design
