Data Analyst + Kafka

We are seeking a highly skilled Big Data Analyst to join our data-driven team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.

- Utilize big data tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and No

SQL databases.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics solutions.

- Identify data quality issues and work with engineering teams to resolve them.

- Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics to generate insights and support business forecasting.

- Conduct root cause analysis of business problems using data.

- Continuously optimize data analysis processes and implement automation where possible.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging big data technologies to recommend improvements.

- Support data governance and compliance efforts by ensuring data privacy and security protocols.
