Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Type: Full-time, onsite in Dallas TX, 85-95k

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic digital team. This role requires a balance of creativity and functionality, delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs for eCommerce websites and digital platforms.

• Design Development:
  Create engaging, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• User Research:
  Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize flows and improve conversion rates.
• Design Implementation:
  Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
• Brand Alignment:
  Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
• Staying Current:
  Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in eCommerce or consumer products.
• Design Tools:
  Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Portfolio:
  Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in consumer products, retail, or eCommerce.

Hybrid work options are available for candidates in the Dallas area. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
