Job DescriptionThe job involves working with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing platform, including S3, VPC, EC2, EBS, ELB/Elastic Beanstalk, SQS, Alternative Queuing Platforms, Cloud Watch, and Red Shift.
Additional responsibilities include Linux System Administration and Cloud Management Tools and Frameworks, as well as custom automation and monitoring using the AWS API (Java) and AWS CLI.
QualificationsMust-haves include:
- 8+ years of experience in IS
- Expertise in Scripting (Chef or Puppet), Java, Perl, or Python
- Demonstrated experience with issue resolution
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
This is a full-time permanent job. Only US Citizens, GC, and GC EAD are eligible. The position requires onsite work, with no remote option.
