Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of advanced IoT and mobile connectivity solutions for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in telecommunications and a passion for connected technologies. The PM will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end project management for IoT and mobility solution deployments.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and support teams.
- Technical Oversight & Delivery Support:
- Coordinate the design and implementation of IoT-enabled telecom solutions.
- Oversee enterprise mobility account management and device provisioning across carriers.
- Ensure high performance and uptime of client deployments through structured monitoring and escalation processes.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends in IoT, telecom networks, and device management to inform future projects.
- 3+ years of experience in project management within telecommunications, enterprise mobility, or IoT systems.
- Strong understanding of cellular networks, SIM management, and connected device provisioning.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Azure IoT, AWS IoT Core, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
