About the role...We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev Ops Architect to design, implement, and optimize our Dev Ops processes, tools, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

• Design and Implementation:
  Architect and implement scalable, secure, high-performing Dev Ops solutions to support application development and deployment.
• Toolchain Development:
  Evaluate, select, and integrate Dev Ops tools for CI/CD, configuration management, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and security.
• Automation:
  Drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and testing to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and promote a culture of Dev Ops practices.
• Monitoring and Optimization:
  Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and service performance.
• Security and Compliance:
  Integrate security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the Dev Ops lifecycle.
• Mentorship:
  Guide and mentor team members on Dev Ops methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Support customers and end-users as needed, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAAS applications.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our platform.
• Have the ability and flexibility to work with teams globally, across time zones.

• 10+ years of experience in a deployment role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Masters Degree preferred.
• Advanced Certification in any of the following: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in any one of the clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Dockers and Kubernetes or similar.
• Strong technical skills in automation, continuous integration, monitoring, and deployment practices.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Administration of databases (MS SQL, Mongo).
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
